Processing Time: 4 Months

Visitors are persons who are not Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada, and are legally authorized to enter Canada for specific purpose. Visitors are restricted in length of stay and subject to various conditions.

Following are the requirements for Temporary Residence Visa:

  • No intention to work or study in Canada unless authorized to do so
  • Defined purpose of Travel
  • Have sufficient funds available and ties to their home country such as a job, family or property
  • Be a law-abiding citizen with no criminal record and Not be a risk to the security of Canada
  • Be in good health and willing to complete a medical examination
  • Satisfy visa officer that you will leave Canada at the end of your authorized stay
  • The applicant's family member in Canada can be an added advantage
Study Permit
Processing Time: 6 Months

Canada has an excellent education system which will ultimately ensure better career prospects. Canada also provides Permanent immigration options for international students after completion of post-secondary programs in Canada.

To apply for Study Permit, you should meet the following requirements:

  • You must have been accepted by a designated learning institution in Canada
  • You must prove that you have enough money to pay for your:

    o Tuition fees
    o Living expenses for yourself and any family members who come with you to Canada and
    o Return transportation for yourself and any family members who come with you to Canada
  • You must be a law-abiding citizen with no criminal record and not be a risk to the security of Canada
  • You must be in good health and willing to complete a medical examination, if necessary
  • You must satisfy an immigration officer that you will leave Canada at the end of your authorized stay
Super Visa
Processing Time: 12 Months

To be eligible to apply for SuperVisa, you must meet the criteria:

  • Show that you are the parent or grandparent of a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
  • Have sufficient funds available and ties to their home country such as a job, family or property
  • Be in good health and willing to complete an upfront medical examination
  • Obtain medical insurance (Min Coverage CAD $ 100,000) from a Canadian insurance company having a valid for at least one year
  • Invitation Letter from your child or grandchild, who is inviting you to Canada
  • Proof that your child or grandchild's household meets the minimum necessary income
